• Age: Our residents are all 55 or older
• Pets: We welcome furry friends under 40 pounds. 
• Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am 
• Small gardens are permitted (at the rear of home)
• Each home may have 2 vehicles (contact us regarding additional parking)
